The fifth edition of Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH), jointly organised by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), concluded successfully on 26-27 May 2025.
Themed “Fostering Global Collaboration for a Shared Future”, ASGH 2025 gathered 80+ speakers who explored key healthcare topics, 2,900+ attendees from 42+ countries and regions, featured 170+ exhibitors, and 280+ global healthcare projects.

The Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH), jointly organised by the HKSAR Government and the HKTDC, is held on 26 and 27 May at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Themed “Fostering Global Collaboration for a Shared Future”, the fifth ASGH focuses on critical issues in public health, medical technology breakthroughs, and global business and investment collaboration, and aims to strengthen cross-border partnerships in healthcare investment and innovation among Mainland China, Hong Kong and the international community. The Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair, organised by the HKTDC and co-organised by the Hong Kong Medical and Healthcare Device Industries Association (HKMHDIA), is held on 26-28 May. Themed “Innovations Boosting Smart Health Experience”, the Medical Fair will feature some 300 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions, showcasing a wide spectrum of the latest medical health devices, products, and applications. The two events together will feature the entire healthcare industry value chain, including scientific research and technology, start-ups, investment in research and development, medical devices, manufacturing and services, showcasing Hong Kong’s pivotal role as a regional leading MedTech hub.

Themed “Fostering Global Collaboration for a Shared Future”, the fifth Asia Summit on Global Health unites leading voices in science, academia, healthcare policy, and business leaders to share insights on public health, medical technology, international healthcare collaboration, and investment strategies. Together, renowned experts will explore how cutting-edge innovations can transform global healthcare systems and unveil emerging opportunities worldwide. Project pitching and deal-making meetings will also be organised to facilitate business discussions and investment partnerships. Over 170 global healthcare projects and technologies will be staged alongside ASGH Business Hub and InnoHealth Showcase.
